Once you’ve signed up, you’ll start receiving 1 point for every dollar you spend with us. Every 100 points earns you a $7 salad kitchen credit that you can spend on whatever your heart desires.

Every salad lover starts as a Topping Pro. Once you hit 300 points, you’ll become an official Salata Tastemaker, unlocking tasty bonus rewards opportunities—like BOGO salad days and more.

For every dollar you spend on Salata catering, you’ll receive 1 catering point. Collect 1,500 catering points to earn a $50 credit toward Salata catering or exchange your points for an Amazon gift card.

What are the rewards and how do I earn them?

Once you’ve signed up, you’ll start receiving 1 point for every dollar you spend with us. Every 100 points earns you a $7 salad kitchen credit that you can spend on whatever your heart desires. Once you’ve earned your first 300 points, you’ll then become an official Salata Tastemaker, unlocking tasty bonus rewards opportunities (see above). To earn points in-restaurant, make sure to provide the cashier with your phone number associated with your account or scan your loyalty app. To earn points online or in the app, be sure you are logged in before making a purchase.

What are the bonus rewards opportunities?

These are timely rewards opportunities that you’ll learn about through your email and/or the Salata app once you’ve earned your first 300 points and become an official Salata Tastemaker. These opportunities could include double-points days, rewards dollars, and more.

What are catering points and how do I use them?

For every dollar you spend on Salata catering, you’ll receive 1 catering point. To use your catering points, log in on our mobile app and tap “Catering Rewards”. You can then choose how you would like to redeem your points. To use your catering points, you can also log in at salata.myguestaccount.com/guest/accountlogin and click “Redeem Points.”

What is a birthday reward?

For every birthday you’ll receive a $12 salad kitchen credit—because you deserve it. Treat yourself!

How do I refer a friend?

To refer a friend, log into your Salata mobile app and click “Refer a Friend”. Choose your referral method (text, email or Facebook) and earn an extra 20 points when your referred friend makes a $7 purchase.

Are there any purchases that don’t earn points?

Unfortunately, alcohol sales, gift card sales, coupons, discounts, and taxes do not count toward your rewards points.

Do I have to have a physical loyalty card?

No, you can sign up without a card through the website or mobile app.

My points aren’t converting to rewards, what’s happening?

If you have a Tastemaker Rewards card, it must be registered at salata.com for points to convert to rewards.

Where can I keep track of my points and rewards?

You can keep track of your points and rewards by logging into the mobile app and clicking “My Account.” You can also see them by logging in at salata.myguestaccount.com/guest/accountlogin. This is where you can also see your rewards expiration.

Do points expire?

No, points do not expire.

How long are my rewards good for?

Most rewards expire after 120 days. Birthday rewards are the exception to this and are only valid the month of your birthday.

I’m not seeing the points for my recent order in my account, what do I do?

Points can take up to 24 hours to populate into your account. Try waiting a day and checking your account again. If you still don’t see them, contact us at contact@salata.com.

Can I add a missed visit to my account?

Our system does not have the ability to add a missed visit at this time. Please reach out to contact@salata.com if you missed a visit and we will help you. Purchases made more than two months in the past will not be accepted.

Where can I get a Tastemaker Rewards Card?

Loyalty cards are available from our team members in every Salata – ask for yours today!

I have two cards! Can I combine them into one account?

Yes, we can merge your accounts for you. Please email us at contact@salata.com so we can help.

How do I edit my account information?

Account information can be edited on the app by logging in and clicking “Edit Account” or on the website by visiting salata.myguestaccount.com/guest/accountlogin and clicking “Edit Account”. As a fraud protection, guests cannot edit their own email address or birthday. Please reach out to contact@salata.com if you need help editing this information.
